Industrial Grade Sputter Coaters are PC controlled, standalone, table top systems. The Splutter Coaters are pumped with a turbo molecular pump and within 15-20 minutes a low 10 -6 torr pressure can be reached. The Sputter Coaters are equipped with up to three 2inches or 3inches planar magnetrons. Industrial Grade Sputter Coaters are provided with magnetron and substrate distance which is adjustable to control uniformity and deposition rate.
