Industrial Grade Flexo Printing Press has the feature of high speed belt feed, inserts sheet without crushing or marking and allows for the correction of the sheet edge position ensuring that the first colour is correctly positioned. The Press is designed with a sheet cleaner an electrostatic device with suction that eliminates dust at the sheet introduction and has easy access to the unit allowing for preparation of subsequent jobs without interrupting production. The Press ensures that corrugated sheets are transported through the printing press by driven rollers and vacuum air and has easy operation thanks to room between groups and has no other contact with the printed surface. The Press has motorized correction of skew and print length, controlled directly from the control panel touch-screen and comes equipped with quick anilox roll changeover and a movable carriage and a lifting device enable roll changeover within a few minutes. The Press has sheet size ranging from 520 X 600 mm to 1300 X 2100 mm. The Press has printing plate thickness ranging from 3 to 8 mm and has 1 to 8 numbers of printing units. The Industrial Grade Flexo Printing Press has touch-screen operator interface that allows for adjustment of all of the parameters recorded by the matic system, including adjustment of print length, variable plate thickness, plate skew and accurate, direct correction of register between colours.
