Product Profile of Industrial Grade Flaker Dryer
Industrial grade Flaker Dryer is used to covert molten chemical into solid flakes by forming a thin layer of molten products on the outside surface of a rotating drum. The Flaker Dryer is provided with an adjustable scraper which continuously removes the solidified from the drum surface in flake forms. The Flaker Dryer is available with 1440 RPM, 3 Phase, 415 volts, TEFC/ ISD motor. Industrial grade Flaker Dryer is mounted on heavy base and attached with gearbox, tray, hopper, hood etc.
