Key Features of Hot Air Drying System
- Air is filtered by filter Pads then heated by steam or hot oil through Heat Exchanger and then hot Air is sent to Hot Air Applier.
- The vapour created by applying hot air to wet paper/board is sucked by another suction blower and this process is repeated four times.
- The Capacity of Blowers and Hot Air depends upon paper board deckle machine speed and amount of coating chemical applied.
