NTB Hitech Ceramics offers High Tension Igniters. NTB Hitech Ceramics uses special corrosion and spark-erosion-resistant alloy, which is suitable in environment with 1400 degree C continuous-duty operating temperature, and which outlasts the traditional high nickel electrodes rated at 1200 degree C. High Tension Igniters model numbered NTB AL 95 Alumina Insulators provide excellent mechanical and dielectric strengths. This mechanical and dielectric strength allows for designs with substantial clamping arrangements & reduces risk of accidental breakage in handling, storage and usage. NTB Hitech Ceramics High Tension Igniters model AGNI are designed for mounting in a fixed clamp, split collar, cast electrode housing, with grub screws tightened directly against the insulators. In other designs of High Tension Igniters, the Igniters are mounted on a female threaded boss on the burner casing, with the electrode protruding into the casing.
