High Tensile Road/ Rail Tanker Hose is primarily intended for loading and unloading of road and rail tanker vehicles, carrying petroleum products. The Road/ Rail Tanker Hose is provided with rubber compounds made smooth lining which are resistant to petroleum products. The Road/ Rail Tanker Hose is available with smooth/ corrugated high grade rubber compound made cover which resists it from weather, abrasion and petroleum products. The Road/ Rail Tanker Hose is designed with soft ends connections for clamping or can be supplied with built in nipples/ flanges as per requirement. The High Tensile Road/ Rail Tanker Hose is made using high grade raw material which ensures durability of use and sturdy construction.
High Tensile Road/ Rail Tanker Hose has the following features:
Lining: Smooth lining of suitable rubber compounds; highly resistant to petroleum products.
Reinforcement: Plies of woven textile coated with rubber on both sides with a suitable rubber compound and helical GI wire embedded between the fabric plies.
Cover: Smooth or corrugated high grade rubber compound for excellent resistant to weather, abrasion and petroleum products.
End Connections: Soft ends for clamping or can be supplied with built in nipples/flanges on request.
Electrical Bonding: A Copper wire comprising the nos. of strands is incorporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity throughout the hose.
