The High Impact Resistance Bondtite is two component adhesive for several industrial related applications where very high vibration or impact resistance is the main requirement like speaker, textile shuttle, reed, composite, automotive, bolt grouting etc. The High Impact Resistance Bondtite is used for bonding marble molding over marble, wood or concrete surfaces and for manufacturing marble temples, statues, pillars etc. The High Impact Resistance Bondtite is available in 13g, 90 g, 270 g, 1.8 g, 9 kg packs. The specifications of the High Impact Resistance Bondtite are as follows:
Hardening time: 12 to 15 hours at 25 degree C
25degree C Pot life: 75 minutes at 25 degree C of 100g mix
Curing Time: 24 hours at 25degree C Excellent adhesion to glass fibers as well as metal,
Mixing Ratio[R:H]: 100:80 by weight, 100:100 by volume
Viscosity: Resin 20000 cps: Hardener 30000-35000 cps at Ceramic and many plastics outstanding impact and thermal shock resistance with low internal stresses.
