Product Profile of Helical Gear Units
SEW-Eurodrive India offers a range ofhelical gear units and geared motors. These are single-stage RX series as well as two and three-stage design of the R series with high maximum overhung loads. They are available in foot and flange mounting design. Details: RX series - output speeds [rpm] - 114-1,829; output torque [Nm] up to 830; and motor power range [kW] - 0.12-45; and R series, also in RM version for agitator applications - output speeds [rpm] - 0.05-809; output torque [Nm] - up to 18,000; and motor power range [kW] - 0.12-160. The values are based on a mains frequency of 50 Hz and reflect the possible combinations of SEW gear units or multi-stage gear units with single speed or pole-changing AC motors. SEW geared motors with gear units in coaxial or parallel-shaft design are available as helical spur, parallel shaft helical- and planetary geared motors in many application-oriented mounting positions. Their distinguishing features are a high degree of efficiency and high-endurance gearing.
