It is chemical/acid/alkaline resistant & heat, fire, fungus & UV resistant. It has excellent adhesion properties to almost all substrates. It is quick drying & multiple coats can be applied on the same day. It is available in variety of colours & comes in 3 variants ? Semi-gloss; Low Sheen and Flat White.
