Product Profile of Guar Gum Refined Split
Guar Gum Refined Split is refined endosperm derived from guar seed or cluster bean. The Refined Split is de-husked and comes as a non-ionic polysaccharide galacomannan in pale white colour and is odourless. The Refined Split is mechanically separated from guar seed which yields 28% to 30% of de-husked split. The Guar Gum Refined Split has maximum fibre of 1.5 - 2.0 % and Protein of 5% with 1% of black split.
