Guar Gum is hydrocolloidal polysaccharide of high molecular weight and is composed of combined through glycosidic linkages [galactomannan]. It comes with excellent thickening, emulsifying, stabilizing and film forming properties. Kachabo Gums manufactures Guar Gum.
