- This machines is made of fully tested stainless steel except for the bottom frame which is hot dipped galvanised iron and epoxy coated for a longer life.
- Flexible plummer block housing system adjustments ensure higher load capacity ratings.
- The perforations in the inner basket are specially punched and embossed in a CNC machine.
- A basket opening is provided with an optional detachable door for stone washing.
- There are 4 beaters in the basket, designed to allow the appropriate garment movement during the process and ensure right action on the garment .
- The main door has a sampling port with toughened glass and is also provided with a water level gauge.
- The drive mechanism is through a reduction pulley and V-belts and there is a facility to tilt the frame for easy unloading.
