Product Profile of Frequency Converters
Hi-Rel Electronics supplies the Vacon CS range of frequency converters. These pack a lot of power into a very small space. With an enclosure class IP 20 [IP 31 with blanking cover] they are designed for dry electrical rooms or for switchgear installation. These frequency converters are available in a range 0.37-2.2 kW, single phase and 0.75-2.2 kW, 3-phase. Features of frequency converters: easy to use default parameters and automatic restarting; comprehensive protection including short circuit, over/under voltage and thermal protection of motor and frequency converter; motor control open loop vector type; conforms to CE marked industry level EMC standards; and 3 analogue/4 digital inputs.
