Saumin Process Controls offers form fill seal machine motor controller, Model SPC - 5062. This is microprocessor-based version of earlier transistorised circuit. This instrument controls the bi-directional AC motor so that the sealing is done exactly on the colour mark provided for the purpose. To achieve this, signal coming from the proximity switch [fitted on the main motor shaft] as well as that from colour mark sensor [fitted in front of the passing roll] is sensed by the microprocessor and motor is driven in forward or reverse direction. The motor On time can be set digitally to suit synchronization requirement of individual pouch length.
