High capacity axial flow pump circulates liquid between calandria & flash separator.
The high velocity in calandria tubes prevents boiling in the tubes and promotes flashing in the separator.
This eliminates scaling of heat transfer surface during precipitation or crystallization when the liquid attains higher concentrations.
Multiple effect arrangement provides steam economy.
