Flexible Photoimageable Solder Mask is halogen-free [HF] and is used for flexible boards and well cover bending requirements during assembly processes. Flexible Photoimageable Solder Mask is used for lower resolutions requirements, UV-curing solder mask / resists, and thermal curing perfectly satisfy flexibility requirements as well as thermal loads during lead-free soldering processes. These are applied by screen-printing.
