Indian Core Oil, since 1967, manufactures various types of foundry chemical. Being a part of that Exothermic compounds are of different types, which are as follows: -
SATOTHERMIC APC - This Exothermic compounds is an exothermic anti-piping compound with excellent heat output and insulation. It is the Slow burning APC and well suited for iron & steel casting of Medium & large size.
SATOTHERMIC - M - This compound is highly exothermic moldable and comes in powder form. It can be molded into any shape. A green strength of 0.5 Kgs/cm2 obtained after mixing
With 5% water. Mold shape of this exothermic compound can be baked in oven at 150 C for one hour per inch thickness.
SATOTHERMIC - MS: It is a moldable exothermic compound where sodium silicate is used as a binder & CO2 gas is passed to make sleeves of desired shape & size. No baking is required.
SATOTHERMIC - S: this is a readymade exothermic sleeves in different Size and shape. It is used for ferrous and non-ferrous risers. There is considerable increase in yield.
SATOTHERMIC - HT :It is highly exothermic metal producing compound. It is recommended for use in risers of steel castings.
