Six preset speed programs automatically control the speed of the treadmill as they guide you through effective workouts. Two preset programs control the speed and incline of the treadmill maintaining a certain predetermined heart rate.
The LED track emulates a 400 meters jogging track and displays your progress as you exercise.
Laps, distance and calories burned are displayed at all times as you workout.
