These Electronic Strip Chart Recorder are low cost instruments with a choice of options between remote type industrial instrument and servo motor drive based system. Other options are single/dual pens, 3- or 6-channel, built-in or digital indicator/controller, programme controller, etc. The recorders are dust resistant with modular construction that includes a plug-in range card for ease of servicing. The chassis contains a removable chart cassette and quick fit pen trays making field upgradation and modification very simple. These recorders use Z-fold type chart paper of 120 mm. The chart drive is driven by a synchronous motor for fixed speed. Optionally, an electronically controlled stepper motor can be used for variable chart speeds. The recorders are designed to accept various inputs like RTD, T/Cs, mV, mA and strain gauge transducers. They can record parameters like temperature, pH, rH, conductivity, pressure, AC/DC voltages, currents, kW, kVA, and frequency by means of suitable transducers.
