Square shape of spine similar to Perfect Bound Books.
Open books flat without any damage to spine & Print on the spine section.
Square books are easy to handle for stacking and packing.
Hydraulic Press forms permanent square shape of the spine for aesthetic and functional value addition at 900 cycles per hour for single copy.
For processing Diary Refills - the covering material is evenly glued on our Glue Applicator. The sewn book [Diary] block is cased - in with the Glued Covering Material and 1 to 4 copies [up to a maximum opening of 50mm] are inserted in the machine.
