CNC Technologies Inc offers super high speed drilling centre - SUPE - from Leiily Industrial Co Ltd, Taiwan, for drilling PCD holes on flanges and valve body. Drill hole with 44 mm diameter in I "thick flange finishes in 30 sec. The machine is equipped with high-pressure coolant through spindle. The coolant pressure of the order of 300/500/1,000 psi I available. The machine is ideally suitable for flange manufacturer, valve manufacturer, heat exchanger plate manufacturer, etc. BT 40/BT 50 spindles with spindle power of 22 kW would make drilling operation easy, quick without any vibration. Option of automatic tool changer [ATC], automatic pallet changer [APC], and rotary axis are available. The machine models are available with different kinds of electronic control systems to suit different applications. Machines are available with PLC-based control systems, PC-based CNC system or full-fledged CNC systems. Apart from drilling operation it is also available with capabilities of drilling/milling/ turning so that the bigger jobs machining can be finished on a single machine without being routed through other machines for milling and turning operations.
