Manu Engineering Works introduces Precision drill grinders, capable of grinding conventional points completely in one operation giving repeatable results. The grinders have capacities to grind drills of size 1 mm to 20 mm in model DG-20, 3 mm to 40 mm in model DG-40, and 5 mm to 50 mm in model DG-50. These drill grinders are used for precision grinding and sharpening of all shank type cutting tools, like standard drills, slot drills, core drills, counter shank drills, multi-step drills, and taps used in machine shops. The precision 6 jaw, self-centering chuck takes drills from 1mm to 20 mm in model DG-20, 3 mm to 40 mm diameter in model DG- 40 and 5 mm to 50 mm diameter in model DG-50. Specially designed 1 HP, 3 phase, 440 V AC electric motor has three heavy-duty ball bearings with dynamically balance rotor for smooth and vibration-free grinding finish and long life.
