Product Profile of Double Ferrule Fittings
TubeFit Engineers manufactures double ferrule fittings, available in stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, monel, titanium, hastelloy, inconel, or any other alloy, as per client requirement. These fittings are used in process control, instrumentation, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications in chemicals and petrohemicals, fertilisers, offshore, power plants, automobile, and other process industries. The standard sizes range from 2 mm to 50 mm, 1/16" to 2" and nominal bore sizes from 1/8" to 1.1/2" NB, with variety of end connections accordign to BSP, NPT, BSPT, Metric, UNF, or any other thread standard. Total accuracy in manufacturing and quality is maintained through the use of thread and gap inspection gauges whichare regularly calibrated. Tube fittings are given surface protection to guarantee, long life even in the most corrosive atmosphere, e.g., all stainless steel nuts are internally silver plated to prevent galling of threads. TubeFit fittings are tested as per universally accepted norms for pressure and stress. All bend fittings are made from forgings.
