Dope Dyed Polyester Black Staple Fibre is available in 1.2/ 1.4 / 2.0 / 3.0 /6.0 denier with cut circular cross section [BD] length as per customer requirement.
Advantage of Dope Dyed Polyester Black Staple Fibre:
Encounter considerable difficulties in dyeing due to lack of hydrophilic properties; hence Polyester has to be dyed with disperse dyes under high temperature and pressure conditions.
Do not require additional spin finish application whereas Disperse Dyed Fibres do require significant spin finish application.
Eco-friendly as Disperse Dyed Fibres is known to cause water pollution and dye discharge and wastage into environment.
Dispersion of the colour pigment and thus facilitate excellent depth of shade with very good colour fastness properties compared with Disperse Dyes.
