Designad offers a micro controller based Digital Weight Indicator to be used by OEMs in electronic weighing machines. The Designad Digital Weight Indicator comes in complete or kit forms ideal for electronic table-top scales, platform scales, port-a-weigh scales, tank/hopper scales, conversion scales, etc. The Digital Weight Indicator possesses a standard 0.56&8221; high 7-segment display with a display resolution of 1/5,000, l/6,000 and l/7,500 in 27 series. A provision has been made for dual display. A maximum of six 350-ohm loadcell, O-30 mV or 4-20 mA input is acceptable. Signal conditioners/amplifiers for strain gauge type loadcells perfect for 2 mV/V or 3 mV/V are available with the Designad Digital Weight Indicator. Through this indicator symmetrical linearity is attained in tension and compression load. The tactile key has 100% tare function. Other significant features of the Digital Weight Indicator include: jumper selectable auto zeroing, demonstrates net weight in tank/ hopper weighing whenever switched On, operation by 230 V AC or 2 x 6 V [4 AH] rechargeable battery, and a metal enclosure with MRF vapocure painted. Designad Digital Weight Indicator aiso incorporates a table-top standalone or wall mountable console.
