The Cart is equipped with its own motorised pump set with high suction head to draw oil from underground storage tanks. The Cart is coated with a special chemical so as not to allow any moisture to pass through the system ensuring removal of large volume of water and makes the clean diesel having less than .05% water or up to 20 PPM in multiples passes.
