Fairchild Semiconductor supplies FAN2106. FAN2106 is the first product in a new family of TinyBuck DC-DC buck regulators. This product integrate an advanced analogue IC, MOSFETs and a boot diode into an ultra-compact, moulded, leadless package [MLP]. Measuring only 5x6 mm2, FAN2106 is claimed to be the industry`s smallest 6A, 24V-input integrated synchronous buck regulator.
