Product Profile of Cut Mica Parts
Daruka & Co. [Mica] Pvt. Ltd. is manufacturing, processing, dealing, fabricating and exporting all types of MICA & MICANITE products. In Block and Cut parts Daruka Mica[muscovite] are available in the following qualities:
1A. : Clear
1B. : Clear and Slightly Stained.
1C. : Fair stained
1D. : Good Stained
1E. : Stained
1F. : Heavy stained
1G. : Black stained
The Cut mica is Muscovite in quality and the color can be Ruby, White, Pale and Green.
Material 1A is free from all Minerals & Vegetable Inclusions, Stains, Air Inclusions, Waves & Buckles.
Material 1B is free from all Minerals & Vegetable Inclusions, Cracks, Waves & Buckles, but may contain slight Stains & Air Inclusion.
Material 1C is free of Minerals, Vegetable Inclusions & Cracks. It may be hard but contains slight Air Inclusion & be slightly Wavy.
Material 1D is free of Mineral Inclusions & Cracks but contain Air Inclusions some Vegetable Inclusions & some what Wavy.
Material 1E is free of Mineral Inclusions & Cracks but contain considerable clay & Vegetable Stains with Wavy & Softness.
Material 1F is free of Mineral Inclusions but having more clay & Vegetable Stains than that of material 1E & will be inferior with regard to rigidity & toughness.
Material 1G will contain some Mineral Inclusions, consisting of Magnetite [black]. Specularite [Red] & Hydrous Iron Oxide.
Material will be free cracks & be split cleanly with no partial sections. Punched pieces will be cleaned punched, both as to outline & holes or slots. Pieces will be clean & free from Burrs , Lubricants, or Die Compound.
