Product Profile of Crown Capper Machine

This machine is suitable for crown corking on standard glass bottles with crown neck. Crown Capper Machine is provided with a hopper to feed crowns on to the neck of the bottles. This machine is also provided with a self releasing clutch mechanism to tighten the cap uniformly to a pre-set torque. Key features are as follows:
Suitable for speeds up to 30 bpm for single head.
Multi heads crown corking machines available for higher speeds upto 200 bpm.
Manual foot operated crown corking head is also available.
Provided with suitable electric motor, reduction gear box and variable speed drive mechanism. 1 H.P. electric motor for main drive.
