Product Profile of Controller For Gas/oil Fired Furnaces
Analyte Automation offers a controller for motorised valve in gas fired/oil fired furnaces, manufactured by Gefran, Italy. This controller takes input either from thermocouple or pressure/flow transmitter, and the motorized valve open or close according to set point signal given by the controller.The controller uses PID algorithm and there are several tunning techniques like self-tuning and auto-tuning, which sets user without worrying about the PID parameter setting.This PID algorithm gives the optimum value of P ,I and D. With optional feature of extra auxiliary input one can have close loop control also to get better control. Typical applications are gas/oil fired furnaces/boilers, flow control, etc. Controllers for cascade control/ratio control, and temperature programmers are also available.
