Vikrant Special Machine` has launched electric coil taping machines which are made basically in 3 models CT-1, CT-II and CT-III for inner size of coils 110 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm respectively. The Conductor Taping machines are suitable designed for taping of all types of closed or semi-closed motor coils, straight conductors and harnesses with insulating tapes of plain cotton rayon, silk or paper. The Conductor taping head is fitted with a rotating ring with tape reel carrier and tensioning device. The power is transmitted through a multi-disc clutch-brake unit or DC thyristor drive actuated by a foot pedal.
