Pagoda cables Pvt. Ltd. manufactures Composite STP Internet Cables. Pagoda cables Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified company. Composite STP Internet Cables is sub cable having Shielded Four Pair Twisted Pair Cable and Power Pair of Conductor Size 2.5 Sq. mm. [3/1.04 mm.] which is used for carrying Power to Hubs, switches and repeaters.
The Construction and Properties of the cable is as under:-
Conductor: Annealed High Conductivity, Electrolytic Grade Solid Conductor of AWG 24 [0.51mm]. [No. of Conductors being Eight]
Dielectric: Specially formulated Polyolefin.
Twisting of cores: Two Cores are twisted to form a pair. The lay of the pairs are so chosen to minimize the cross talk, structure return loss and meet the required communication properties. The four pairs are laid up.
-Pair 1 - WHITE - BLUE
-Pair 2 - WHITE - ORANGE
-Pair 3 - WHITE - GREEN
-Pair 4 - WHITE - BROWN.
Screened with Aluminium Mylar & 24 AWG Flexible Annealed Tinned Copper Drain Wire with 100 % shield coverage.
Inner jacket: Covered with Special Formulated PVC Compound. [Colour - Black]
Power pair: Annealed High Conductivity, Electrolytic Grade Stranded Copper Conductor of Size: 2.5 Sq.mm. [3/1.04mm.], [Colour of Insulation on Power Pairs being Black & Red Strip on Black Colour], with a maximum DCR at 20 o C being 7.41 Ohms / Km.
Outer jacket: The STP Cable with power pairs is being covered with Special Formulated PVC Compound. [Colour - Black]
Properties: characteristic impedance - 100 +/- 15 OHMS; Max. Loop Resistance [DC] at 20o C - 187.6 Ohms/Km.
