A coil slitting line is a gang slitting operation to divide the bigger widths into smaller widths on continuous shearing basis. Exact widths to the tolerance of ?0.02 mm can be achieved with this coil slitting line to avoid any wastage during further operations, ie, blanking or cut to-length. It is a simple operation running at high speeds depending upon the nature of material and thickness. Different widths to very close tolerances can be obtained by use of different thickness of spacers. Slitting is completely burr and camber free. The company makes the machine with cutter to cutter clearance of 0.01 mm and are specialist of narrow widths and narrow gauge material. Hardness of the material is immaterial.
