Product Profile of Co2 Welding Wires
Perfect Engineers manufactures a range of abrasives and CO2 welding wires. ZOGO wires for CO2 welding are fine-layered winding wires for high efficient welding of mild and 50 kgf/mm2 class high tensile steels. Characteristics: high deposition rate and deep penetration; stable arc and very low spatter loss; high deposition efficiency due to no slag formation; and ideally suited for unclean and rusty surfaces. The wire is a copper coated, double deoxidized wire electrode for gas shielded arc-welding process using either CO2 or CO/Argon gas mixture. Applications: butt and fillet welding of automobile bodies, bridges, ships, containers, railway rolling stock, structural and general fabrication, furniture and storage bins. Advantages: layer wound CO2 wires increases productivity by up to 30 per cent; in Europe, production of random wound coils is banned; use of silicon - anti-spatter spray, keeps "torch tip" clean and free, that gives long life; and ZOGO coils are free from entangles.
