These machines are used for various jobs that can be consistently manufactured to very close tolerance. The machine is characterized by heavy-duty base, in built foundation for stability and vibration damping and high precision LM guideways on Z-axiz for accuracy. It also has hardened and ground rectangular box ways on X axis with Turcite lined mating surface, servomotors, high precision angular contact bearings and ground ball screws.
