Nugen Machineries, using the latest international technology relating to servo-controlled hydraulics and CNC controller, manufactures CNC Synchro Press Brakes [PBS Series]. These brakes are obtainable in the range of 50 MT to 500 MT with working length of 2.5 metres to 6 metres. The machine in its basic execution comes with a CNC controller of Cybelec, Switzerland DNC-60 PS, and Bosch hydraulics. The controller is capable of controlling synchronized axes [Y1-Y2] which ensures a repetitive accuracy of 0.01 mm and back gauge axis range [600 m], stroke setting and sequences done by CNC controller as per jobs. These machines are versatile for off center bending without any risk and inaccuracies.
