Supreme CNC Machines manufactures high-speed series CNC lathe machines manufactured by CNC-Takang Co, Ltd, Taiwan. These lathe machines are available in 6" to 15" chucks, 6000 rpm, cutting length from 100 mm to 1150 mm [tail stock optional]. The 45-degree slant bed is one piece and has high-tension meehanite cast hardness over HS 70; close grained casting mounted on a cast iron base. The slide ways are coated with Turcite-B to eliminate stick slip and minimize wear and tear. Spindle is supported by 5` precision angular contact bearings for high accuracy and rigidity for heavy metal removal. The controls are Fanuc with 2 years guarantee. High-speed high curacy hydraulic turrets driven by gears and clutch systems, e directional movement for quickest tool change [maximum JI change time is 0.2 second] and 8 or 12 tools turret are available.
