Synthesis launches fully automatic CNC coil winding machines. These machines include 4-axes CNC controls and are very versatile. CNC coil winding machines are suitable for high volume coils [500 to 1,200 coils per hour], production of relays, transformers, chokes, etc. Its 4 axes movement aids automatic wire wrapping, cutting, routing and coil ejection for fast production, and uses AC servo motors for high reliability. It has a PC based controller with Windows interface for user-friendly programming. Various optional attachments like online wire twister, automatic component loader/unloader, index heads, tapping attachments, etc, provide further flexibility to this machine.
