Toolcraft sales and services offer CHMER Wire Cut EDM Models CW 530F. This instruments are fully programmable 5-Axis CNC Wire Cut EDMS. Rigidly designed and thermally balanced, they are furnished with LM guideways and ballscrews. The U-V axes are located on the upper column for taper cuts of ± 12 degrees. All axes are provided with AC servo motors and drives and the system is designed for high speed machining up to 250 mm2/min. CNC controller is based upon 32-bit, 2 CPU, closed loop intelligent servo software. The machine is provided with a 25-Amp generator with high power MOS transistors. There is a built-in database to optimise machining conditions. A wide variety of CNC features are offered. Table size of CW 430F is 630 x 450 x 200 mm; X, Y, and Z movements are 400 x 300 x 260 mm and U and V movements are 100 x 100 mm.
