Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation offers Amul Cheese Spreads. This is highly acceptable product made from the most modern dairy plant through a special formulation. Amul Cheese Spread is made from Soft Cheese, Cheddar Cheese and Common Salt.
It has Fat around 18-20%, Moisture 60%, Protein 14-15%, Added Salt 1.8%, Sodium Citrate 2.5% and its Calorific value is 240 kcal/100g.
