Cementing Grouting Hose with Uniform Seamless Lining is used for spraying of cement grout at irrigation projects, building, sites, bridges and roads in hilly terrain. The Grouting Hose is designed with uniform seamless and extra thick lining of highly abrasion resistant soft rubber compound. The Grouting Hose can work in a temperature range of -40degree F to + 158degree F and has a maximum length of 18.5 meters. Lining: Uniform seamless and extra thick lining of highly abrasion resistant soft rubber compound.
Reinforcement: Woven, braided or spirally wrapped textile material of natural or synthetic fibres.
Cover: Cloth-marked finish natural rubber compound resistant to abrasion and weather.
Electrical Bonding: Cooper wire comprising a number of strands is corporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose.
