Product Profile of Cast Iron Surface Plates
Krishna International supplies Cast Iron Surface Plates. Krishna International offers various machine tool accessories, inspection equipments, work holding devices and magnetic products. Cast Iron Surface Plates are of close grained cast iron. Cast Iron Surface Plates are amply ribbed to minimize deflection under load. The composition of the metal, the depth and cross section of the ribs and the thickness of the plate are designed to conform to the deflection limits. The plates are available in the size of 1000 mm X 1000 mm and smaller are provided with handles. It is available in two different grades.
The optional accessories of the Cast Iron Surface Plates are as follows:
Fabricated mild steel stands, with three leveling are offered for plate`s up to and including Size 1600 X 1000 mm.
Cast Iron Column Floor Stands, each with a leveling screw and nut are offered as following scheme. [1] A set of five, three for leveling and two for support for 2000 mm X 1000 mm plate. [2] A set of seven, five for leveling and two for support for 3000 mm X 1000 mm plate.
