Product Profile of Bung Processor
Pharmalab manufactures Bung Processor for packaging material that comes in contact with the sterile pharmaceutical products. The Pharmalab Bung Processor complies with GMPs. The same equipment can be used as standard steam sterilizer and all special features of steam sterilizer are also incorporated in the Bung Processor. The Pharmalab Bung Processor machine utilizes an individual cassette concept passing through fluidized bed allowing better physical separation of stoppers and maximum surface exposures. Bung Processor is incorporated with PLC for Automatic process control and facilitates complete process flexibility by repeat / skip cycle, time and other process parameters.
