Bucket Elevator with Rubber Belt is used for conveying the material from lower level to higher level in the plant. The Bucket Elevator consists of a rubber belt fitted with buckets at required intervals vertically and top and Bottom pulley inside a fabricated steel casing. The Bucket Elevator is incorporated with sliding bearings in the bottom pulley so that the tightness of the belt may be adjusted. Bucket Elevator with Rubber Belt is driven by a chain drive provided at the top through motor or a worm reduction gear drive.
