Linear Technology has introduced a 400mA, 2.25MHz, synchronous buck regulator [LTC3670] and two 150mA low-dropout regulators [LDOs]. The LTC3670 switching regulator and both LDOs are adjustable down to 0.8V, offering a compact, triple-output converter for handheld applications. Input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V makes it ideal for single-cell, Li-ion-powered applications.
