Cascade specialises in manufacturing boilers with Stainless Steel Tanks for Domestic, Commercial and Industrial application. We design & install any capacities in single / multiple systems / or in combination.
Specifications.
Thermal Insulation - Polyurethane Foam is most economical but Rockwool insulation or resin Bonded wool with a stainless steel / powder coated steel or aluminium cladding is also available for a more aesthetically pleasing finish.
Cascade makes all tanks in Stainless Steel and in suitable grade for any water quality.
Compatible units can be made for pressure applications.
Immersion Heaters - Supplied upto any Wattage fitted with flanges and in banks. For higher wattage external panel board can be designed.
Semi Return design - To ensure protection from dry-heating.
Optional Inspection Openings - allowing access for inspection and cleaning.
Gauges, safety valves etc. - A wide range of gauges and valves are available on request
Lifting Lugs can be provided if required.
Temperature controllers - Stem type thermostats are used, however Digital Temperature controllers with external panel board can also be provided.
Drain valves can be provided.
Inlet / Outlet connections in any standards. Can be provided with flanges or in threading.
Optional wall mounting vertical / horizontal designs for capacities upto 200 Ltrs.
