The Biometric Reader cum Door Controller consist a smart card reader and a biometric finger scanner. On flashing the card it picks up the pre-stored finger template from the card and compares the live finger against it. It supports a keypad and a display. It is a Reader cum Door Controller thus eliminating the need for separate controllers. It supports both the card holder`s Data Base and the transaction Data Base.
