The Bare Board Test Systems is available as `Panther II - Ultra fast open / short / Diode Drop tester` under PCBA Assembly Systems of Qmax testers. It is designed for semi-con industry, where production testing of high pin count devices is involved and test time is critical. The high speed testing is done at 2 seconds for 2 million test combinations. It can be interfaced to any type of test fixtures with a multi-site test support for strip or multiple device tests. It consists of 16 opto isolated digital outputs for handler interface, binning and PASS FAIL indicators and 16 opto isolated digital inputs for operator console and handler interface. These are fully programmable for timing compliance of various handlers.
