Key Features of Ball Valves
- Models: Two Piece, Three Piece Valves and Full Bore design for general applications
- Material: Material such as C.I, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Investment Casting, Brass, G.M, Alloy-20 and Hastalloy B & C. For high temperature viton rings or carbon rings are used. For corrosive application the valve is rubber/lead lined, Teflon lined or coated with corrosion resistant material such as P.V.C, Polypropylene, H.D.P.E, etc.
- Special application: The valve has floating ball design with Teflon seat for common seating. The valve is also provided with heating / cooling jackets to suit process application. An extra long handle with gear/ pneumatic / electrical actuator facilitated smooth leverage.
