Product Profile of Avantel Asl - 6401 Baseband Modem
Avantel Softech Ltd. designs & manufactures repeaters, filters, combiners & amplifiers to enhance the capacity & coverage of wireless communication networks for use in GSM, CDMA & 3G networks. Avantel`s ASL 6401 Baseband modem provides full duplex connectivity over 2-wire copper circuit at speeds of 64 Kbps and 128 Kbps. These modems are used to inter-connect computers or networking equipment [e.g., Routers, multiplexers, packet switches] located at different sites over a leased point-to-point digital circuits. 1. 2-wire full duplex operation using echo cancellation technique
2. Standard 2B1Q line encoding with a reach up to 7.0 km independent of data rate on 0.5 mm [24 AWG] un conditioned twisted copper pair
3. Digital interfaces: V.24/V.35/V.36/V.11/RS-530/G.703 co-directional interface
4. Loopback facility for isolation of faults in the communication path
5. Built in BERT facility for qualitative error performance monitoring of communication path
